1. How to Apply for Admission

Our professional staff will work with you to establish an individualized Education Plan for each student. Based on the Education Plan, the Annual Course Registration Form will also be individualized and customized.

New students who, along with their respective parents/guardians, complete the following two steps are officially enrolled and are members of the student body:

1. Admissions and Registration Process: Students who, along with their respective parents/guardians, complete the following  are automatically enrolled and may proceed to the Student Accounts  Process:

•  Submit the online Admissions and Registration Application. Call us Toll Free at 866.751.2351 & have us complete the paperwork for you. Or, if you prefer, open, complete, and e-mail one of the following Microsoft Word Documents to our Admissions Director:
• Stone Creek High School (9th - 12th Grades)
• Eddings Hill Middle School (7th - 8th Grades)
• Sweem Valley Elementary School (3rd - 6th Grades)

•  Submit a copy of the student’s birth certificate to:

•  Submit official transcripts from any and all educational institutions previously attended (if applicable) to:

• Remit in Cash or Credit:

1. Full Tuition Payment OR
   
2. Half Tuition Payment with the remaining half due 30 days after the first day of classes.

Students, along with their respective parents/guardians, may exchange courses by submitting a Course Registration Change Form within the first ten calendar days of class. No Course Registration Changes can be made after that point.

2. Student Accounts: Student Account Balances must be zero before students may:

• Appeal grades.

• Register for class.

• Receive official copies of transcripts.

• Serve as member-in-good-standing in organizations.

Furthermore, Student Account Balances must be zero before Graduates  may receive any earned diplomas.

Christian Legacy Academy is FULLY ACCREDITED through the National Private Schools Accreditation Alliance

as a Class XI - Online Education Academic Institution with all the rights and privileges thereunto appertaining.
